Best TV for price
By mommyof4
We purchased this for 498 from Walmart after out 900 dollar LCD tv went out on us in less than 2 years. Everyone said do not get Plasma it will make your house really hot and they are no good on and on. Well.....let me tell you. This picture is wonderful! It does not cause any more heat than the LCD we had and the sound is better than we had on the VIZIO. The picture is great, colors are great and I love it! I am now a Samsung fan! Also when they say Plug and Play, they meant it, it was less than 5 minutes to set up!

Great for price I paid.

So far I am extremely happy with this purchase. I got this TV at Walmart on black Friday for $500 and the picture is as good as my 1080 Ilo branded one from few years ago. I needed a new TV as the other one was stuck on the HDMI input and can't change, so it will make a good spare room TV. I thought I may be disappointing with 720p but far from it. It did mess up and flicked some fuzz off and on once until I power cycled it, and that makes me somewhat nervous.Pros: Cheap, Awesome picture, good sound for a flat panelCons: From what I can tell there is only one audio out, and that is optical TOSLink, but my received only has one which my blu-ray is hooked to. I'm not messing around with a switch for that, so as little as I listen to Broadcast TV I'll deal with the decent sound from TV. Wish it had at least composite audio out.
